The Horganice system stores its database on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which adheres to world-class security standards. Accessing and viewing data requires a correct Username and Password. Information is only displayed upon successful authentication, ensuring that only the account owner or authorized entrepreneur has access to the sensitive business data.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can immediately click the "Forgot Password" button on the login page. The system will send an SMS to your registered mobile number, allowing you to reset your password instantly. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to have your password reset for you.
What is sending online bills to tenants?
The Horganice system operates in two parts:
Part 1: The Owner/Manager Side – Property owners manage all data via the website or the Horganice Owner app. Once rent billing (invoicing) or announcements are completed, they can be sent to tenants instantly.
Part 2: The Tenant Side – Tenants use the Horganice app designed specifically for them. They can receive news and rent bills (invoices) immediately after the owner sends them.
Additionally, owners can add administrators or staff to manage tasks and set specific data access permissions for each user.
Can users use the Horganice system without internet access?
The Horganice system requires an internet connection to function. Without internet, data will not update and notifications will not be sent. However, once a connection is established, all information and alerts will update immediately (similar to how Facebook or LINE operates).
You can access the Horganice system via Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, or any other internet service.
As long as your mobile device or computer is connected to the internet, all notifications and data updates will remain current and happen in real-time as activities occur.
Can dormitory owners with a small number of rooms use the Horganice system?
Yes, you can. The Horganice system has no minimum room requirement and no limit on the number of rooms. Whether you have only 1–2 rooms or a very large number, you can use the system immediately.
How does the Horganice service work?
Horganice offers service through monthly and annual subscription models. If users encounter any issues or have questions, our dedicated support team is available to provide consultations. Furthermore, we continuously develop and update the system to ensure the best experience and convenience for both property owners/entrepreneurs and their tenants at all times.
Can tenants pay directly through the application?
Currently, payments or rent collections cannot be processed directly through the application. Tenants are required to transfer funds via bank counters, ATMs, or Mobile Banking and then submit their proof of transfer (receipt/slip) through the application.
Which packages allow for printing invoices?
All packages are capable of printing rent invoices and documents.
How should I purchase a package if I have multiple buildings?
The service fee is calculated per building (1 package / 1 building), available in both monthly and annual plans. If you own multiple buildings or blocks, you can choose different packages for each depending on your needs, as each package offers different features. What should I do if a tenant is unwilling to connect to the system?
Dormitory owners or administrators can manually enter the tenant's information into the system. Alternatively, you may offer promotions or attractive incentives to encourage and persuade them to participate in the digital system.
What information can tenants see in the application?
Tenants can view dormitory information, your designated bank account details for rent transfers, their monthly rent bills, and dormitory news. They can also send reports or requests to the management, receive parcel notifications, and view visual analytics of their own water and electricity consumption.
How do I generate electricity and water bills?
Once you have configured your utility rate settings, simply enter the current water and electricity meter readings. The system will automatically calculate the usage units and the total amount due based on your predefined settings.
How can property owners and tenants communicate?
Property owners or administrators can communicate with tenants via the announcement board. You can choose to broadcast news to the entire building (all tenants) or send notifications to specific individuals (room by room).
Can the Horganice system print lease agreements?
Yes, the Horganice system is capable of printing lease agreements.
